Accurate programing to build an accurate test fit will support our customers with site selection to leasing the correct amount of space, ultimately making sure their ROI projections are accurately projected for the success of their business. Reviewing and supporting them with lease negotiation, balancing the landlord's scope of work vs. tenant improvement allowance, building in their design, and maximized sign design into their LOI will also ensure that our customers are set up for success.

We are a fully licensed interior design firm in the state of Nevada. We work with architects and engineers balancing financial, aesthetics, and functional requirements to ensure the final design meets the particular needs of any given project. The approved concepts are developed into a construction document, which is then submitted for permitting. Interior layout to design sheets sets with renderings are created for gray shell, tenant improvement to expansion projects.
